  1. I know it’s old news but bumping this thread because I can answer your question. 100% you will get the green label if your ASM 238 is missing the tattoo insert. The reason is that Marvel put on the cover that it was included and without the book is incomplete. I have one copy with the insert and blue label and another copy without the insert and a green label.
  2. 8.0 because of outer corners and BC crunch
  3. I agree. I have that book in a 9.2 and the one here didn’t match up. Too much edge wear. I had the FF at 9.4 originally because of the sharp corners and vivid colors on a white cover. I dropped it to 9.2 because of the bottom edge wear. The book that got me the most was Mouseketeers. I had it at 7.0 due to what I thought was two large creases on the top right corner but I guess they weren’t as bad as I thought or weren’t there.
  4. I’d say 9.2. The stress marks are very visible on that bottom staple.
  5. Consider this thought about your Seeding round selections... Which is the more annoying thought? I was within a half grade on three books of having 6 bullseyes out of 10 I was within a half grade on three books of having 7 losses out of 10
  6. I believe you are correct: The Fantastic Four Golden Record Reprint (28-pages, full-color, standard comic format) was produced in 1966 and reprints Fantastic Four #1. Although the reprint, at first glance, looks like the original, there are differences. There is no cover price on the reprint, and the back cover, as well as the inside covers, promote the Golden Record LP series of which the Fantastic Four #1 is a part. The four Marvel Golden Record LPs came with a reprint comic, and each originally sold for $2.49 (record and and comic together).
  7. Welcome Matt! Lurk no more! I have a few nice Valiant books, mostly early Magnus, Solar and Rai. I just got back Solar #10 in 9.8 from CGC! Love the avatar!
  8. Agreed! Since we all graded the outer cover everyone‘s grade will have the same margin for error with CGC’s grade. I don’t think it will make any difference in the end. Let @BlowUpTheMoon decide to keep or throw out everyone’s grade for the issue if anyone gets stinky about it
  9. Welcome @Thejeweler & @smodcastfan to the best place for the “unvarnished” truth about all things related to comics. To quote the man...’Nuff Said!
  10. Two huge FF keys! Thanks for sharing Doc!
  11. @BlowUpTheMoon All grades are due by 10PM EDT on 3/10, but when will you share the actual grades and seedings?
