It was slabbed Bronze Age stuff, but nothing was that high in grade except for an ASM #129 CGC 9.6 I saw. It was priced at $12k and the dealer was firm on that.

If they were raw key issues, then there was flexibility when it came to pricing. But when it came to the wall books that were graded, some still had their ambitious price stickers from when they were going for those prices, but if inquired about said book, they were willing to drop it down to the current FMV.

I attended the Charlotte Comic-Con (Spring Show) back on March 27th and I also felt that prices eased up a bit. A few dealers were handing out 25% discounts on wall books and they were a bit more flexible with their pricing as well. I was mainly focusing on key issues and felt everything was more affordable when compared to previous sales data.

Looks like a legit signature to me.

The real question would be is the pin-up still included with the book?

I ended up getting my Hulk #1 at the Giant-Size Charlotte Mini-Con through a trade with Mark Foy. If you were there, it was probably me.

Thanks! I didn’t plan on buying anything at the show, but since they were solid copies somewhere in the FN/VF range, I thought I’d have no problem making my money back.

To whoever bought this… what made you think “I’m going to drop $7k on this!” because I’m curious to find out the reasoning behind it.

The Ultimate Fallout #4 went from a 9.0 to a 9.4 and I’m pretty happy about that.

I bought my UF #4 for $125 back in June of 2020. I thought nothing of it and then suddenly, it exploded out of nowhere. I’m pretty sure prices will go up even more once we get an official casting announcement.
