I tend to do this too.  I wonder if it has any noticeable effect on their end and if their IT dept or service gets annoyed. 

I have a couple GEI since last week which is out of the norm for me, but I have never been stuck in GEI for weeks, so I have no complaints.    Not sure if the upcoming show in NYCC has taken away a few people who work in encasing..

Grading seemed pretty accurate where I was off on four of my estimates, two high and two low.  I also shipped this the weekend before Hurricane Ian like a dingwhistle and it sat with USPS for a bit.  I actually owe USPS a lot for keeping this box safe as I think it sat in Tampa for about a week.  CGC took a while to open the box too, but I am sure they had a week's worth of packages dumped on them when the reopened.  Kind of crazy the path and turnaround time considering everything.

25/25 at 9.8 - First ever no Rejects for me on a presceen order.

I have noticed that too that Bronze and Copper books are so hard to get a 9.8.  

Sent in another submission Modern Fast Track submission and it was delivered, open, and graded within 15 business days.  Also recently had a pre-screen from February move to GEI before a non prescreen.  I think I saw other people say presceen is moving faster than slow boat.

Seven submission order but had a Walkthru that got the box opened immediately.  Fast track seems to be making a difference to get to GEI status.  Label orders seem to take longer in QQC.  Actually Fast Track has it back to normal times from like 2019.

Seems like shipping should be based off, I don’t know, actual cost and not what UPS tells them is a good flat rate.  Also, the submissions page really needs to be updated then.  That all being said, I’m glad I know now so I can adjust and combine orders better. 

Oh I recently had some of those too.  I guess it’s good to know what they are, but I’m also curious how it costs $40 for FedEx to ship me a 4 pound box??? Seems off.  For the Cates/Stegman signing it added on $20.16 or something to the $20 I already paid CGC.

Yes, I had priority mail boxes take two plus weeks from CGC via USPS.  So has my friend.   We both live in Nebraska, and we only use FedEx from CGC now.  I am not sure why we ever chose USPS.  Like it just gets lost in tracking, and my friend contacted them for a lost package and it was sitting in our downtown distribution center.  He said he wanted to come get it now and they told him no, they would deliver it tomorrow.
