  1. VG (4.0) - VG+ (4.5) Cool Feb 28 arrival date.
  2. the best deals are the books with no BC but have a nice FC eye appeal. With the prices these days, many are opting to look past a missing BC to save tons of money. Decent eye appeal can drive a book's FMV with even with out a BC
  3. and the missing CF is the Raft story, which was glued in by the publisher on some copies when it was discovered it was omitted....so this is a 54 page book when complete.....thanks for sharing those interior splash pages Richard.
  4. with some copies having glued in CFs from Continental, my guess is that no complete copies have been used to reproduce an interior to a Suspense 3 thus far. this site might have a complete interior showing. http://digitalcomicmuseum.com/preview/index.php?did=19328&page=
  5. I am finally playing the parts game after all these years I need..... 1. CF (the first four pages to the Masked Raider story) to Marvel Mystery 7. 2. Pages 3-4 of the Black Marvel story in Mystic 5. 3. Back cover to Red Raven 1 (same outside archery ad as Marvel Mystery 9 but the inside BC ad to RR1 is a “make your own records at home” ad.
  6. Action 10 is the toughest of the early Superman covers. I used to think 13 was tough but I have seen enough of them now over the years. "Enough" not meaning plentiful but relative to the 10, the 13 pops up more. The 7 is closer to the 10 scarcity, but 7s have popped up lately. Tec 29 is relatively tougher than the 31,33,35,36,37. The 28 is probably the toughest pre robin Tec (although a non-Bat cover).
  7. I prefer the simple universal blue labels with the pedigree name typed on there.
  8. looks to be from December 1941 (Feb 1942 cover dated) based on most of the books here. . I can see some holdovers from the previous round of books like Superman 14 and Mystic 7 mixed in. http://www.mikesamazingworld.com/mikes/features/newsstand.php?publisher=all&type=calendar&month=12&year=1941&sort=alpha
