I dont understand what "Please keep in mind the books are pretty much maximized." means....
that sounds like they are pressed, but then he suggests they could be improved with pressing. What does "maximized" mean?
He could mean that the pictures of the books are maximized in size, therefore the obvious defects that are jumping out at everybody look worse in the pictures then they actually do in hand.
I'm not defending the seller's style of listing, just taking a stab at what he means.
He means "I would rather overgrade than undergrade".
