Does he need to be raked over the coals a little for his actions? Probably. Is he a crook, con man, and the worst of the worst on these boards? Absolutely not. I have no skin in the game and I'm not one of his buddies, but I hate seeing the guy lumped in with actual thieves. The guy isn't a thief. If he is, nobody has stepped up to prove it yet. The Hall of Shame is a serious charge and shouldn't be handled so flippantly.

Putting Menace on the HoS list pretty much discredits the validity of the entire list. Let's just do away with the regular PL and put everyone in the HoS.

I figured he'd make it to the season finale. I was hoping they'd do the Michonne mutilation and bring him back at the end of the season, but no such luck. The Governor story was well done. I'm glad they brought him back as they really screwed it up at the end of last season. No doubt it was one of my favorite episodes. Now, let's hope they actually do something with Tyrese and Michonne other than letting them slip into the background. And...bring on Abraham.
