It's always been one of my favorite covers. I love the way Guardineer portrayed the urgency of the situation with the guys in the lifeboat.

I've been focusing on GA books lately, but did pick up this nice X-Men a while back. I really like the first seven issues of this title.

Beautiful books!

Here's as nice of a 7.0 as you'll ever see. Really bright, rich colors, perfect centering and sweet pages. An awesome Schomburg Nazi cover tops it off. I'm "excited" to have this one.

Super Soldiers??? Since comics is my life , I decided to go through the GPA and pick out all of the Timelys that sold in July of this year. I wanted to see what the SS collection consisted of before the curtain was raised. Below is a list of all the Timelys (I think I got them all) that sold in July of this year. They may not all be Super Soldiers, but this gives you an idea (if anybody is interested) of what was there. Anyone see any great deals? Isee several that I wish I could have jumped on before they got swooped up. One interesting note...there were no Sub-Mariner comics listed (??) I did not list the ones that didn't sell and are still on Metro's site, but I think there is just one Subby there now. (ooops, it's gone). Anyways...

i'm with you on the jo-jo, pons, but your other fave falls into the #2 slot for me behind this'un. Sweet book, Straw-Man (?). I've got to get me one of those. Anybody know where I can find one for sale? And, what it might go for?
