  1. Doesn't CGC do the star or ! for books with eye appeal?
  2. Star Trek: Discovery gets delayed indefinitely http://arstechnica.com/the-multiverse/2017/01/star-trek-discovery-gets-stuck-in-spacedock-for-at-least-a-little-longer/ If you've been waiting patiently for CBS to release its new Star Trek series, prepare to keep waiting. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Star Trek: Discovery has been delayed indefinitely while CBS gives the "ambitious project" more time to incubate. "We've said from the beginning it's more important to do this right than to do it fast," CBS said in a statement. "There is also added flexibility presenting on CBS All Access, which isn't beholden to seasonal premieres or launch windows." The Reporter also says that James Frain (Orphan Black, Gotham, Tron: Legacy, and more) has been cast as Spock's father, Sarek, and that the series is set to begin production "next week." The announcement is the most recent sign of trouble for the latest iteration of Star Trek. Showrunner Bryan Fuller left the project in October of 2016 because he was too busy with his other obligations, leaving the show in the hands of Gretchen Berg and Aaron Harberts (both worked with Fuller on Pushing Daisies in the late 2000s). At the same time, Discovery was delayed from its original January 2017 debut to May 2017. CBS' decision to run the show exclusively on its $5.99-a-month All Access streaming service, rather than on live TV or on a generalized service like Hulu, has also sparked controversy. Discovery, the first Trek TV series since Enterprise was canceled in 2005, is set in the Original Series era a decade before Kirk, Spock, and McCoy's five-year mission. It's set to take place in the so-called "Prime" timeline of TOS, The Next Generation, Deep Space Nine, and Voyager, and not the new "Kelvin" timeline established by the 2009 film reboot. It will be the first Trek series since DS9's early seasons not to focus on the captain as the main character, and the first since Voyager with a female lead.

  7. http://kdvr.com/2016/12/09/police-searching-for-suspect-in-louisville-bank-robber/ Where is Spider-man when you need him LOUISVILLE, Colo. – Police are searching for a suspect who robbed the Bank of the West location in Louisville on Friday afternoon. Police say it happened around 3:30 p.m. on Friday at the bank located at 865 E South Boulder Rd. The suspect is described as a white male with a medium build. He was wearing a dark colored mask with a grey hoodie over a red shirt, black pants, and black gloves, police said. Authorities say the suspect demanded money from a teller and then fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. There was no weapon involved and nobody was injured.
  8. yeah, his mom and dad- cause he decided to kill them off for no good reason (it was better for his stepdad to be sober than his real parents to actually be alive). ...oh yeah, he also valued wally's life more than both his parents (some kid with a bad attitude that he just met recently, versus his 2 parents that he was tormented about daily) Its like he took tips from Peter Parker in Brand New Day
  9. So is there anyone who does not know Barry is the Flash
  10. Lets not insult by comparing it to that
  11. I'm doing the same thing - DVRing them all and then do a mini marathon. This season especially will make it well worth the wait. So much more exciting and well-crafted. Though I enjoyed Season One. Not sure if they're referring to the season. I'm thinking the 4 night crossover. I was referring to crossover correct
  12. I am going to record all shows then watch them in one evening.
  13. Not yet. I think this crossover event will take care of everything. Good point! Well if this article is to be believed it wont.. http://screencrush.com/supergirl-universe-flash-arrow-crossover/ Supergirl and The Flash got to have their crossover cake and eat it with Barry speeding over from The CW universe to CBS, even before Season 2 moved to the former. Many thought perhaps Kara’s Supergirl universe might end up folded into the “Arrow-verse” to facilitate easier crossovers, but producers now confirm the Girl of Steel will keep her separate Earth. You’re warned of light Supergirl Season 2 spoilers from here on out, but Entertainment Weekly had a long conversation with producer Andrew Kreisberg over the changes from CBS to The CW, a brief snippet of which covered the question of merging universes. Supergirl will indeed make her way over to the Arrow-verse for the four-way crossover, but will inevitably return to her world: Are you planning on bringing Supergirl into our universe? Not for her entire world, but Kara will be traveling from her dimension to our dimension, “our” being the world that The Flash, Arrow, and Legends lives in.
  14. so it looks like Supergirl is not on the Flash/Arrow/Legends earth universe afterall
  15. Thing CW will host a Valiant show while they have DC Shows on network?
  16. That's a shame on Legends' ratings, as this season is far superior to last season. If you look at article I posted earlier the upped their episode order from 13 to 17 so they must be doing ok
  17. From what I read the NES will come with those games and that's it. No Internet connectivity, no sd card slot, no way to add new games. What you get it how it will be for ever
  18. http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/live-feed/cw-orders-more-legends-tomorrow-945991 The comic book adaptation will have 17 episodes this season in lieu of the original order of 13. Legends of Tomorrow will get a slightly larger sophomore run as The CW on Wednesday announced it has upped its original 13-episode order to 17. One of four series on the broadcast network that is based on a DC Comics property and comes from mega-producer Greg Berlanti, Legends' extra episodes join a very tight CW schedule. It's also worth noting that the show is more than doubling the ratings of fall newcomers No Tomorrow and Frequency. Among the DC shows, Legends ranks behind The Flash, Supergirl and Arrow but does average a 0.9 rating among adults 18-49 and nearly 2.4 million viewers in live-plus-same-day showings. The series, a spinoff that overlaps with the other DC dramas, is produced by Warner Bros. Television and Berlanti's shingle. Its extra month on the CW lineup will further crowd the network's midseason schedule. The CW has The Originals, iZombie, The 100 and Reign waiting for a return — and also will use the second half of the TV calendar to launch new entry Riverdale.
