They literally haven't done anything worthwhile since Farscape

I forgot about that one.

I think this is the funniest thread to ever be on the boards
Almost...
The mom is cute.
You made me giggle.
I'd hit that
With what?

Set up a shop 1,500+ books and counting. Paratrooper54 on ebay
My entire Trooper collection is now listed, or what's left of it. http://stores.ebay.com/Paratrooper-House-of-Comics

Easy peasy lemon squeezy, love transactions like this as it makes selling easy...now if I can only find someone to pack and ship the books for me that would be even awesomer.

Got my 2011 SDCC commission back from Billy Tucci, it looks great! Thinking about getting it colored, anyone have any recommendations for a coloring artist...one proficient in greytone?

I bought this book on Sunday before hearing terrible news.
[font:Book Antiqua]I am glad to see that you appreciate Joe Kubert art and signature,
and not looking to make a quick buck with his death and ...
... oh wait never mind...
Good luck with the sale...[/font]

I think this is his best war cover

na, that's 1x parachute and 2x flotation devices. She's landing in water

Awesome news! I get giddy every time a scumbag goes to jail.

I give away free cat hair with my parcels. The tape dispenser I use always adds cat hair to most of the tape. My parcels are usually just over 2lbs, why is that?
I've received a bag and board taped like that before ... at least I think it was cat hair
I forget who it was, but one board member would give out negatives on Ebay if someone had hair on the tape they used because he was so disgusted by such things.
Note to self - wear hair bonnet when packing comics.
Note to self, also wear a apron, I'm a little chest hairish.
I've got two dogs, and now that it's summer they are shedding like crazy. Every single one of my packages that I send out has some dog hair. Haven't gotten any weird feedback on that yet.

What a terrific and constructive thread. Thank you, Michael!
Now we need to find Paratrooper, who seemed very confused yesterday:)
huh?
Well, if you are going to quote me, from 3 years ago, don't expect ME to remember, ...just know *I* was most probably sober;)
"probably" ha! I know you're a lush like me! What are we talking about again?

The only graded copy on census, thanks chainnball!
That's gorgeous!

Yeah, but you outbid him. Now all you need to do is list the book on either Pedigree or eBay so he'll buy it and then he'll offer it up again. It can be an infinite loop.
Doug Smell can go fist himself, I'd rather ebay reap the profits of my awesome sells.

I just outbid this guy on ebay for a Sensation Comics #9, if it wasn't for him I would have gotten the book $300 cheaper

Just listed more books, to include a National Comics #18
http://www.ebay.com/sch/paratrooper54/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_from=&_ipg=&_trksid=p3686
sold the National #18...that was fast!
listed tons more though
Just received it and wished to thank Vaughn (is there a thread for kudos?).
Good, exactly as described, but in hand it was so fragile I had to apply a little archival tape to avoid damaging it while reading.
Only problem is it leaves me wishing a better grade copy…
no need to leave me kudos, everyone knows I'm freaking awesome already!
Holy krap I have over 1900 items listed! It took me freaking forever. I'm thinking of listing my Trooper collection to draw attention to my auctions.

Hello everyone. I'm looking for any original art done by Peter M. Hsu, an artist popular in the 1980s who did independant B/W comics such as Quandrant, Gauntlet, the Adventurers, Elf Warrior, and story art for mags like Warren, Creepy, Eerie, 1994, Vampirella, Vortex etc.
He does mostly B/W good girl art in an airbrush style.
Has anyone here seen any of his stuff?
Peter Hsu and his artwork sort of disappeared off the face of the earth.
Any help or info would be much appreciated.
Ah, so you're the one that bought my Elf Warrior on ebay a couple of days ago.
