I have submitted two books for signature signing. Since submission I have had to place the credit card used during submission. How do I update this information so it does not slow down the process?

We do not bill you until all services have been rendered, if you wish to update your CC info you should be able to do this under ACCOUNT INFO when you log in. If you have trouble you can always message customer service to further assist service@cgccomics.com

I just upgraded to Premium service.  How is the credit applied?

It's automatically applied to your account and it will come off your first submission. You will not see the credit until we send you a final receipt after all services have been rendered.

Hi is there a way for me to reprint a shipping invoice to submit my order to CGC? I went to print after I paid and my computer timed out and I was not able to pull up the invoice when I logged back in.

If you cannot find it in your CGC account orders you can ask our customer service team to help. service@cgccomics.com

I'm a Premium member and i'm not sure how the $150 credit works its not showing up in my cart when i put a order together can anyone help how that's applied?

Sadly, our system does not show you the credit in your account/cart since payment is taken after services have been rendered -- but when our accounting team goes to your account to charge your CC on file they will first use your credit. If you ever have questions on how much credit you have left you can ask our CGC customer service team at service@cgccomics.com

Awesome news @AshleyHabedank , though I do have a few questions since this will be my first time submitting to such a signing.

    1) Are there any plans to offer a custom label that is perhaps Ninja Turtle branded?
    2) Can multiple Remarques be purchased for a single book? I would honestly consider whatever costs to have Eastman to draw four turtles on the back cover of my TMNT #1 :D
    3) Is that Remarque preview in your original post accurate to what Eastman plans to be sketching on all books? I've seen many SS books with his signature and the turtle head he draws is very consistent (this one looks MUCH more detailed and nicer than all those other ones)
    4) Is it safe to assume multiple pen colors will be on hand (black, white, silver, gold), and that we can indicate the preferred color with a note on the prepped comic?

    Thanks!

    1) As of right now we do not have rights to use TMNT for a label -- although we would absolutely LOVE to make one -- but as of now, no plans to make one.

    2) That's a good question about the multiple Remarques, I suggest asking our Sig Series team signatureseries@cgccomics.com

    3) That's what was provided from the artists but it's completely up to their discretion on what they draw and how they draw them.

    4) We always supply multiple colors for the artists and many even bring their own pens and colors. Some artists are more willing to follow what is asked from the customer and others are not. We also tell the artists before signing if there's a request like that but again it's at their discretion.

    Good questions!

    I'm nervous to ask but

Is there no limit on remarque requests?

    as in

We don't have to turn the books in tomorrow? lol I will if I have too, just too importante but if we have until January 25th to get them in for remarque (same as signing), this Christmas will be less stressful lol :wishluck:

Haha, we were not notified of ANY limits. I can't promise that they won't add one later though ...

When I try to put a cart together I'm getting a price of $130 rather than $80 for Donny Cates signature. The double signed Cates/Stegman only seem to have the prices as referenced at the noted link (https://www.cgccomics.com/news/article/8536/). Is this in error?

I'm looking into this now. This is definitely a mistake. A signature is $80 for Donny Cates. Give us a couple minutes to get this corrected. And thank you for letting us know!!

  10. The super-duo is coming back comic fans! 🙌 We're thrilled to announce Donny Cates and Ryan Stegman will be joining us once again for a CGC In-House Private Signing. AND we have designed a NEW Knull label just for their return! 😱 (super cool, right?!) But that's not all, Donny AND Ryan are both offering Remarques AND Ryan has added a limited amount of Sketches (only 100 spots!!) that he'll do. Submissions are due January 15, 2021, so get those books ready!! For all the detail click here https://www.cgccomics.com/news/article/8536/

So, I was just curious that if I were to send my new PSA 9 card to be graded by GCG instead (to match my other cards), is there an option ensure that the PSA slab will only be cracked once the grader is almost certain that they would be grading it at minimum of a 9.

I know that PSA and BGS offer this service after looking at their submission forms but after looking at CGCs it seems like minimum grading isn't an option unless I missed something?

Yes we do, when you select crossover, you can then select a minimum crossover grade that is equal to or less than the grade on the PSA or Beckett holder.

I have been trying countless searches trying to find population reports for the trading cards being graded by CGC for different sets.

This is so frustrating finding any information. Does anyone have a better way of finding this information?

We're actively working on this. It's coming!

    @Dracouka

Are you saying it takes them a week to scan the order as received after picking it up from the post office?

The post office is in our headquarters. Once it has been "received" our receiving team has reviewed the contents of the package and it begins the verification process.

Was wondering if CGC does Grading on Japanese CGC magazines?  Would love to get some graded :)

    s-l1600.jpg

As long as it fits into our magazine holder, it shouldn't be a problem.

CGC grades most magazines that fit within the following dimensions: 11-1/2” tall x 8-7/8” wide x 1/2” thick. Magazines that are larger than these dimensions cannot be certified, as they will not fit in the CGC Magazines holder. In addition, magazines with severe overhangs, hard covers or jeweled covers cannot be encapsulated.

Hi folks, I submitted 7 books to cgc for Roy Thomas signature and this is my first time submission.  I sent through UPS from Canada and UPS tracking shows books delivered on Nov 11th.  But when I check my cgc submission statues, it is still show no submissions.  The address I sent to is

    CGC HEADQUARTERS
    SARASOTA, FL 34240-8474 US

Should I worry about it or it is common to take several days the system update the information?

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Sean

Hi there, receiving is running a bit behind right now so it is not uncommon to have submissions take a few days before they enter the system. Hope this puts you at ease.
