Here's one I picked up recently.

Thanks sweet signature series yourself, and yea the ink on this book is super deep. Quite a few small defects but the colors are almost dripping off the cover. I believe you might be correct that the color deepness differed from book to book in the silver age and before. I`m defiantly no expert but it doesn`t seem likely the color differences are purely due to fading when you have a lot of pretty worn books with deep dark colors and super nice copies with lighter colors.

Yea when I have time I'll send some more scans. Looked like a bunch of 80's FFFB, some Mr. Natural and Zaps in there. Bunch of magazines on the bottom that I didnt get to. Probably Heavy Metal and Epics.

Found my box of undergrounds. This one was on the top. hope no Insects got to the others.

Yea First Class has always been a **** shoot in respect to time, especially international, but in my experience it came through 98% of the time. Only those back boards and one other time has the shipment not come in eventually and just for reference I've had a clothing import business for 25 years.

Need to get this one graded.

Don't Know about that. There"s a lot of stuff in the news about the postal service, but the news especially near elections, tends to exaggerate a lot. Honestly though I haven't had time to look deep enough into it to have a real informed opinion, so just can report my experience lately.

I've had no problem with priority mail shipments the last month. All on time or maybe just a day or 2 late at most. The 1st class stuff however has been slower than its usual slow as molasses and actually had a shipment of backing boards go missing and had to be replaced.

It actually looks to me like it might say Forbush as in Irv Forbush who's in the last blurry credit as what i think says Referee.

Yea cant wait to read this. Remember watching it as show on TV when I was a kid. You Can still find them fairly cheap raw that aren't 9.8 contenders. Just gotta be patient. They are out there.

I think I bought this at a small comic show at The Armory in Boston in the early 80's. Memory is very Foggy on this one.
