  7. Uncanny X-Men 510 Campbell Virgin German/Euro Panini Blu-Box version April 2022. This was only released in March 2022 and the Virgin version has already shown considerable interest on eBay. Listings are below. https://www.ebay.com/itm/115334392389 https://www.ebay.com/itm/144513769119 There are only two hundred copies of the comic and are numbered individually on the back in marker (as per Panini comic custom). There are also only 15 Artist Proof copies and 15 Publisher Proof copies of the Virgin version. These are numbered AP x/15 and PP x/15 respectively. Finally there is also the trade version of the comic with Die Furchtlosen X-Men 1. This also is limited to 200 copies, 15 AP & 15 PP.
  8. I wanted to share with you all the new German X-Men 1 with the sketch cover of the Uncanny X-Men 510 J S Campbell. This has just been released and has both a Trade and a Virgin version and is limited to 200 copies. This is the Panini Blu-Box version. Appreciate this thread is about the US and Convention comics but given how good the international virgin version looks thought I'd share!

  11. Question for the community: What is the third most valuable APV? I assume that NM 98 is the first and ASM 361 is the second.
  12. This is a great collection with some impressive grades. Thanks for sharing! I enjoyed seeing these APV’s.
  13. Uncanny X-Men 270 APV February 1991 signed by Jim Lee and Scott Williams
  14. Got these back including the addition of John Romita JR signatures. Also the ASM 300 has the 30th anniversary signing by Stan Lee by month/year.
  15. Well done on the ASM 300 in particular. The Stan Lee signature is twenty-five years after the publication date. It's a nice touch as ASM 300 is the 25th Anniversary issue. It's prompting me to post my two ASM's....
  16. Always liked this Wolverine 50 cover! This is the Australian Price Variant from April 1991.
  17. Wanted to share this comic I got back from CGC. Always thought this was a great cover (also matches up well with the die-cut cover for Sabretooth 1). This is the HTF Australian Price Variant of Wolverine 50 (dated April 1991) three months after the US release but printed at same printer/ time as US editions signed by Marc Silvestri.
  18. All, wanted to share this just back from CGC. Always loved this cover! Wolverine 50 Australian Price Variant April 1991 signed by Marc Silvestri
  19. To help with the APV database while we hunt down the remaining copies of potential APV comics are there any existing comics you have with poor/partial scans that you would like better versions?
  20. Congratulations to the host of this forum - Get Marwood & I - for winning one of the three awards for the CGC Best Forumite of 2021! https://www.cgccomics.com/news/article/9301/
  21. Also this may have been picked up already but there is an AUS version of The Ren and Stimpy Show 1 which is dated July 1994. It uses the same cover as US version 21 dated August 1994. Due to the timing and cover I expect that this is a reprint but wanted to flag as I did not see this on the overall list of Marvel APV's!
  22. All, while we are discussing the CCA seal not appearing on some comics there are also some APV's where the month was not included either. One example is X-Men Unlimited 1. I included the US version for a comparison and the month also reappears on X-Men Unlimited 2 APV.
  23. For the APV community if you have not seen this already there are some interesting Comic Plates from the same seller for Australian Price Variants. I included the link for the most valuable with the APV UXM 282. A bit of comic history! https://www.ebay.com/itm/AUSTRALIAN-MARVEL-X-MEN-282-WHILCE-PORTACIO-ART-THIBERT-COVER-PRINTING-PLATE/124651793465?hash=item1d05d36c39:g:JbEAAOSwPdZgW92M
  24. That is both an outstanding APV and also encouraging that the HALO classification matches up to CGC. Thanks for sharing!
