Has anyone come across this error for Aliens 1 before? Area 88, 25 was printed at the same time and the below is that interior plus the cover to Aliens 1. Aliens 1 May 1988 CGC 9.2 Manufacturing Error - ”Manufactured with interior of “Area 88 #25””

First photo has the Amazing Spider-Man 300 pre Jim Salicrup signing with John Romita name clearly marked. Second photo has John Romita’s name deleted and just has the date. But it has Jim Salicrup’s signature added. Post Mechanical Error resubmission it now has John Romita’s name reinserted. Same question as above: Where was the QC? And same comment as above: It’s a headache as being an international CGC member I have to pay for each QC error and also run the risk each time of a grade drop.

In tribute to @ShaggyB who had the 9.8 to 9.6 mega thread I’ve opened a thread for where CGC have missed the signature of a previous signer when you send in for a new party signature. This just happened on 3rd Jan 2024. This is Uncanny X-Men 258 missing the Jim Lee signature. Where was the QC? I’ll post my ASM 300 as well but it’s a headache as being an international CGC member I have to pay for each QC error and also run the risk each time of a grade drop.

I got two comics back from the recent signing. One is signed: Glynis Oliver and the other is signed Glynis Marsh in both cases the CGC label states it was signed by “Glynis Oliver”. Does anyone else have comics signed as Glynis Marsh and if so is there any reason for the difference?

Can I suggest a Canadian flag for Canadian Price Variants, U.K. flag for pence variants and Australian flag for Australian price variants. I understand CGC pays commission to the artists for the use of the imagery but I expect that the license rights for flags must be very affordable. Hopefully!
