I just got this beauty (perfectly centered!). Bought off eBay in December, shipped to the US from Russia and it actually arrived in one piece!

Thanks for the tip, Malvin. I think I changed it to the correct category now.

You should of waited another 2 years.
Not sure Jim would be signing on that day in 2 years, or even be alive in 2 years. He is 82.

I’m raising a glass to those who sold their ASM 300’s right before prices sky rocketed. I miss my 9.8 that I sold for $1800

Holy mess that’s an incredible looking book
Looks even better in person :). Also, it was signed on 2/22/20 so that’s pretty cool.

The problem is that when you win a storage unit, you are responsible for the contents. Meaning, you have 30 days to remove all the contents and clean the unit out or be forced to pay the monthly storage fee.
if you hit a jackpot, that’s all good but if you get a unit with a 1000 pounds of dirty clothes and beat-up furniture, you still have to get rid of it. So not only are you out the money you paid to win the auction, you also have to rent a truck, hire help to move all the junk to the truck and then pay a dumping fee to the garbage dump you take it to. Not worth it

It blows my mind how the prices on this book keep tumbling, especially for the 4.0-8.0 CGC range.

And of course I sold my direct 9.8 for $1800 3 months ago. How the hell did the prices go up so high! 🤬

Awesome
Also, beautiful alignment!

I love this book and always wanted one signed by Neal Adams. I traded my 7.5 for this 5.0 SS.
One thing that stands out to me on this book In general is that in order to get the logo to be properly centered, you need to have a white strip down the spine side otherwise the L in Lantern is too close to the spine and the W in Arrow is too far away from the right edge. That's really cool for the issue with no dialogue!
Thank you! I really wanted Larry Hama’s signature on the book but, weird as I am, I don’t like the cover art but I do love the interior art. So I figured I would just get my favorite page signed!

Putting this one-of-a-kind beauty up on ebay right now. Marvel Super Special 22 CGC 9.8 SS, signed by Jim Steranko.
