Technically it is tied with the first ad page also being from Thor 229 and Marvel Premier 19.
But... this ad page features letters from fans of Daredevil 111, which features the first appearance of the Silver Samurai, which is one of Wolverine’s popular recurring enemies. So of the 3 ad pages, this one has the closest connection to Wolverine (a bit silly but still cool).
SOLD. PayPal preferred. No returns. USPS Priority.

Now for the opposite end of the spectrum. Many months ago, I sold my newsstand Amazing Spiderman 316 and Star Wars 68 for something like 75 bucks each. The more I see those books going up the more I hurt.
I sold a 9.8 ASM 300 for $1800 last April. The pain is real

I’ve consistently sold the Tag and Bink are Dead 4-part series in CGC 9.8 for 200-400 per book. Even though NM raw copies are plentiful for about $20 each, 9.8 graded copies are quite rare.

Wow. Never noticed it but not sure I really care... Looking online looks like most of them look exactly like this.
Do you have own an aligned one?
I used to have a 9.8 and a 9.2 SS that was perfectly aligned. Sold them last may right before prices started going through the roof

But, for a loved comic and bragging rights, this Marvel Super Special 22 CGC 9.8 SS by Jim Steranko is my most prized. It is the only 9.8 SS out there and it happened because I nervously let Rich Henn crack a (1 of 8) blue label 9.8 and got it signed right before Covid-19 started shutting down conventions. (Also, no pressing)

How do you tell if it’s misaligned? Are you talking about the book?
Here is an example. Look at all the 0’s going down the right edge and all the 3’s going down the left. From bottom to top, the 0’s get cut off and the 3’s start to escape the spine. This book, to me, is misaligned. If it weren’t, you would see all the numbers evenly.

Get a 9.2 SS with the best sig placement and the most perfect centering/alignment and you're golden. I don't know about you but a mis-aligned 300 really bothers me.

Bump with another price drop. I'd rather sell here than ebay. ever since they dropped paypal, it's been a lot worse.
2 back-2-back pages of awesome SAMURAI action!

Yep. Also, this comic was divided into different chapters and the Samurai chapter was written by the great Stan Sakai.
