GE
Very sweet comic

That 95 is amazing....too bad about the signature as for me that would ruin the book...but....I know this is just a personal taste thing....different strokes for different folks....congrats on the pickups (thumbs u
I do not think that having the artist sign his work would mean that it would ruin the book. Especially if it is signed in a nice little corner. I would not sign all my books but just a few in order to have something special directly from the artist.
Just personal taste...no offense intended. If the artist signed the book back in the 40's that would be one thing but to take a book now that has survived in that amazing condition and have it inked would be a no no for me....just me not you, you own the book and should enjoy it however you see fit. Came yesterday. Alex Raymond/Rip Kirby strip collection. Rip was the Chuck Norris of his day, as exhibited by his bizarre grappling technique with a surly kidnapper.
It seems to me that the colourist has managed to confuse Rip's arms with those of the kidnapper. Makes for a very strange hold.
I was thinking the same thing...Rip has him in a full nelson but the color of Rip's coat sleeves matches the kidnappers suit not his

Here they are
Very interesting...I think they missed the boat when a novice of GA like me can spot them without being prompted. I am not saying that all books with a check should be attributed to him but those really jumped out at me. Not sure it matters from a value standpoint but I always like to know the provonance of a book if it's available

Help! I can't stop posting this book, or looking at it. I think I am addicted to a Fox...
That's not a bad addicition to have...I don't think you can post a gorgeous book like that too many times

man! you have sooo many beautiful wonder woman books
here are some of mine .........
that one´s a cgc 5.5 now
and that one´s a cgc 8.0
Both of these look like Lloyd Jacquet's due to the pencil marks...did he have DCs? I have owned several Nedors that were attributed to him but I don't know what publishers can be found in his estate collection

One of my favorites, too. Great book! (thumbs u
Now sell me your #11
Thanks though.. The simple war covers have a special place in my heart
You might like my #19, too.
Ive been to your site brag fest many a time... Beautiful books!! I just always think I am looking at Gators books because of the name of the site
It was going to be clarkkentcomics.com, but Warner Brothers' lawyers sent me a very nasty note.
On a side note I checked out the vintage photo's of comics being read at the newstands etc on your site and it was one of the coolest things I have ever seen
Glad you liked it! If you ever come across any that I don't already have, let me know and I'll add them. (thumbs u
I have some.....once I find them all I will send them too you (thumbs u

or Monkey's...they are smart enough to use a keyboard you know

I really like both of the last 2 comics posted

Spidey is my favorite CB character but no way I could pick anything but the Action 1
as for the other comparisons...Action 2, & Mystic 1 though I really don't like either of those books in Dizzy's comparison as I am a cover art fanatic and neither one of those covers does it for me
