  1. Steranko is a Rock Star. This and hulk 110. Great great covers!
  2. The design? Or the grade it got? I also got back an ASM 194 9.8 WHITE and a XM 116 9.8 WHITE. But I sold those before I had a chance to get scans. I was really happy with the XM 114 and 116 as those are two of the harder bronze XM to find in 9.8. Are any or all of these for sale? All. I'm saving for a Incredible Hulk 1.
  3. The design? Or the grade it got? Looks like a 9.6 Cheers! It is a nice looking book. Bc is real clean. Not sure where it lost the points.
  4. Two cracked slabs. Grrrrr!!! The UXM 64 and? The XM 113. It is cracked at both bottom posts. I had insurance so it should be fine.

  6. Thats what I think. but it doesnt bother me. Great looking grail at an even better looking price. Yeah, that is freaking AWESOME! I'm not one for PLOD's but i would KILL to get an AF15 or Hulk 1 PLOD that looked like THAT at 6.5 price! I really dont get where that grade came from??? I've seen other 9.0-9.2 AF 15 PLODS that didnt look any better than that??? I agree. I am not a big fan of PLODS and it does bug me. But the way 3.0s look bugs me even more. I think the next big pruchase is going to be a universal IH 1 in 6.0 if I can scrape together the cash.

  8. Cheers. I actually do know about them. I just spaced on the acronym.
  9. But what difference does it make if its a mystery box or a single issue? the difference is a mystery box is tougher to validate. Scenario 1: User A buys Action 1 from User B User A ends up with the stated book, User B ends up with correct ammount of $$$. Pretty straight forward. Issues might be around non-disclosed restoration, or grading disagreements, which can be raised, and dealt with. Scenario 2: User A buys one of 20 mystery boxes from User B who stated that one box would contain a Saga #1 RRP, the rest would be Image books worth $50 or so. User B keeps the RRP and doesnt put it in any of the 20 boxes. User A gets his books(no RRP) and assumes he didn't "win" the RRP, but the other 19 buyers also make the same assumption. How does this get checked? All it takes is 1 buyer to not reveal his mystery box contents for the
  10. Shark how did you feel about their grading? Really tight?
  11. really starting to dig the bronze DC books I am working on getting some more.
  12. Some of these courtesy of the esteemed Mr Dice others picked up in a trade: I can never get enough of punisher ASM bronze.
  13. I came very close to posting this earlier today. But I have come down on the side of letting the marketplace decide. Anyone buying mystery boxes from a n00b probably deserves to have the invisible hand play tether ball with their satchel. Rofl
  14. Got these yesterday, lower grade than I usally like but prices were decent:
