Has anyone here talked to upper management in the past? I have , they do not like being wrong which is understandable as they oversee employees. Totally Understandable.

Of course i know this would happen. This IS A CGC forum. But i want to give CGC a fair shot at explaining the strange events with this submission. Like i said, this has not been posted on open non biased forums yet. I would love to support CGC, but it is hard to when things like this happens. Everyone needs to remember, i sent 10 submissions to CGC and this was not the only problem. All the other problems have be solved fairly ,not great, but fair. Again, outside of this forum on youtube, my family post nice videos of CGC reveals. All positive. The ball is actually in CGC hands now. I dont want favoritism , just consistency and fairness. these other problems have been solved fair. I just lost time.

I have SGC with the stupid point system 98 gem mint that i graded personally when they started 20yrs ago. POKEMON cards graded by SGC 98 etc.. that should answer everything.

read the thread. there is way more problems than just late grades. Step back and look at this submission better.

by your logic, you need to grade 1000 comics that majority grades between 9 -10 and batch them in to groups of 100. and only 1 batch has nothing higher that a 9 but the other 9 have grades with asame ratio 9-10's. That would be very hard to do by any grader in the world. Remember, these cards are coming from the same owner, same storage, and screened by the same person. Some how my eyes went strange for just this particular Late submissio with multiple problems? highly unlikely.

dont think you read thru. i understand you not understanding the whole story. I been asking about this sub for months thru email and phone. They sound so genuine , each time telling me the cards are "grading or slabbing" so i let is slide as just some mix up or honest mistake . Then when i finally post the problem publicly THIS WEEK here. the submission from Oct 2020 magically gets graded in two days.. It should be a matter between CGC and me thru email for phone. But at this point , the only way anything seems to get noticed and badly act upon is this forum. Like i said, my family post PRO CGC videos on Youtube and want to be a customer of CGC. But if this type of inconsistency and problems arise. what choice to i have but to take this to a OPEN public forum next were unbias audience can read about this problem.

look at screen shots of submissions before and after . I sent cards to CGC (screen shots) PSA and BGS the same weeks. My eyes did not magically decide that a particular submission 2 (revenge) change out of 20 submissions to 3 different grading companies. Consistency is very important. The results are posted. Take a step back and ask yourself , what are the odds just 1 submission of 20+ to 3 companies would have nothing over 9? This is not 1 card submissions to CGC. these are bulk. so data is in front your eyes. i guess a few days later, my eyes for grades went back to normal like the other 9 submissions.

Let CGC come and have a say. Right now i have not posted about this outside of this CGC forum. My family posts pro CGC videos on Youtube. so it is not like i hate CGC. Right now , i want a honest explanation for why this submission was bouncing around at CGC for months and when i posted the problem here this week , it suddenly gets graded with grades totally not consistent with 9 other submission results. Obviously , something was going on with this submission.

Yes, that is another factor. inconsistency within the company. New graders trying to make a statement. (happens within all grading companies) But that is not the only problem with this particular submission. This was a Oct 2020 submission that has not in my hands yet, Missing, switching cards? late, excuses, inconsistent and just a overall bad experience. I will post more problems with this submission, it does not stop at just grades. Note: this was my 2nd submission of 10. But this 2nd "revenge" submission was just finished grading this week. The other 9 submission were on time and fair. and inhand long ago

again, look at the subs. It is all there. 10 subs,. 9 subs consistent ratio. Also some PSA and BGS with consistent grading on more conditions sensitive and expensive cards. Do all that first , then come back. All i see is people that do not grade enough bulk with various top tier companies in a short time frame so cannot see what happened and in denial.

You mean the Same more difficult cards (holo) from the exact same set i sent to CGC? These are the HOLO's from the same set. Again, i use PSA, BGS and CGC for different strengths they each have. These went to BGS for chances at black label. again same week as the CGC 'Revenge" sub and PSA express above.

You mean my $1,000- $10,000+ pokemon cards? They go to PSA. This PSA sub was the same week of the "revenge" sub.

i posted screen shots of subs the same week that were finished in time and fair. This one "revenge" sub was a couple months late and only appeared this week when i posted on this forum. They told me it was in the "grading / slab room" for months. The data is all there. look at the screen shots. then comeback . It is all here in this thread.

WHAT? 10 submissions went to CGC. the 'revenge" sub was way off the normal. just look at the screen shots.

lets see you do it. Get 500 cards from the same era,same sets, same owner in basically the same condition. Now assort the 500 cards into 10 submission. with only One submission getting Zero 9.5's but all the other 9 submission have 9.5 and 10's in a consistent ratio. That is not easy., easy to say, but very difficult to do.

I dont expect to get all 9.5. Keep your pick and choose theories coming. This is another sub from a week after. Same set of cards, Explain how this sub has a totally different ratio of grades than the "revenge" sub. same time ,same set of cards, same box manytimes. Explain it. This sub was fair and consistent with the other 8 subs.

Here is another sub from a week after. Really fair grading and normal ratio of 9's and 9.5's NO 10's (which is really difficult to get).

so out of 500-1000 cards, i magically pick all 9 and below grades to put in just 1 sub of 10 subs? That would be very difficult for even a professional grader to do if i gave them a 100 chances. This is way off if you step back and understand the odds of something like this happening. .

the other 9 subs are same type of cards, same time frame. These are not 10 subs spread over a few months or years of cards bought off ebay . These are cards from the same "box" many times. Same original owner and stored the same way . I grade a lot of cards between CGC, PSA and BGS. This is a strange submission with errors, missing or switched cards, delayed, mistakes . Totally strange.
