Finally added the Opena Variant for issue #2 of The Punisher (2014) series to my graded collection.

For $10 a piece for a raw graded comic, I’d go the extra eight $ to get it encased and checked for restoration also.. I didn’t knock the service, although I think it’s costly, if the price was $5 a book may be worthwhile for people who are learning to/ have no idea to grade. (Similar to pre-screen service - and wouldn’t it be nice to get books that failed the designated grade back with a grade sticker 🤷🏼‍♂️) -side note I have purchased a couple of “these” raw graded 9.8 copies on EBay for under $5, submitted them in to CGC and they did retain a 9.8 grade in a beautiful CGC case. 👍

I didn’t see the picture so my response may be invalid. I do know the other company has a raw grading service, that they place in mylite with a sticker grade in bottom right hand corner. Then put a couple of hologram stickers on the back to tamper resist it. No restoration check with the raw grade service. Was that the picture @Buzzetta 🤷🏼‍♂️

I wouldn’t think you were hacked, maybe a Delay in the system update. 🤷🏼‍♂️@ADAMANTIUM , maybe the postman knew you were home, and just forgot to get the signature, or didn’t bother you with it if they know you well enough.

Unfortunately people aren’t taking their bids ( commitments ) seriously lately. And thats a bad thing.

Won this for my tracking bid of $29 , the bids were over my high bid, wrote this item off, however I woke up the next morning to winning my second copy of this issue, at the price of my tracking bid. Because of retractions.

Won this on MCS for 279 , then received a $39 discount at checkout. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Also I did bid higher near end of auctions, but retractions from up to 2 other bidders brought the prices back down to my tracking bid...which won, good for me, but feel bad for the sellers.

No, I’m happy I won the bids, almost at opening price.. no arguments from me. But for sellers seeing an auction get up to $109 then dropping to $29.99 seconds before close must be frustrating right? @kav 🤷🏼‍♂️

So recently I've won two Auctions on ebay with tracking bids, which ended up with my bid as the highest bid after being notified from ebay as the highest bidder now after retractions. (near end f auction), and currently winning two more auctions now after even more retractions being behind two other bidders... What is going on? Also won a book on M.C.S with a discount back to my original tracking bid, when I was losing the item with less than 10 minutes to go... (behind 2 other bidders) What is going on lately??? All reputable sellers that I've dealt with before. Just wondering if anyone else has had books fall back to them lately due to retractions?

That’s funny 😆 - Love that stuff, like I said, and not talking about any particular members at all. I never had a problem personally with anyone, or the posts The informative which I was speaking of is for people to take the time to know who the members are they are talking to, or about, instead of just posting ( what may be considered?) disrespectful answers or gifs going off of someone’s post count alone. Take time to know which members can joke, who can’t, I don’t want to see anyone burning useful bridges they may like to use in future collecting all because they insulted someone to boost their post count. Just a little Respect

Anyway, just for my purposes...Post counts do not over rule long standing members of the boards. Anyway this post is mostly because... I Hate seeing newer members disrespect the older members because of post count! ( from notifications... who’s he gif) Just because nowadays people comment on anything, without thinking...please respect older board members who are conservative with their posts. They may only speak when necessary, but have a lot of knowledge. Beautiful collections, and awards years ( even decades) before newer users want to question who they are. Be respectful, all I’m asking for.
