  1. At this point its obvious that they are just lying. There is no way the cards have actually moved to the grading/quality control step. In no way should it take 14 days to grade one submission.
  2. My 10 card express submission has been in grading/quality control for over a 10 days... it should take 5 minutes per card to grade. Hello?
  3. FYI they are currently opening trading card packages from the week of 3/22. The date you are referring to is for comics.
  4. haha I always get a good laugh when someone figures out how to post on these message boards about their order but couldn't figure out how to read some of the thousands of old posts regarding the exact same issue.
  5. I'd like to hope a company with this much demand for its product and services would be working some time on the weekends. And don't worry, I am still waiting for December submissions so this is nothing new haha.
  6. Yeah I have accepted that haha. But my express order delivered 4/24 was actually just marked received so that is promising.
  7. Have a Standard submission delivered 4/2 that has yet to be marked received (32 days) and an Express submission delivered 4/24 that has yet to be marked as received (10). Sighhhh
  8. Economy submission received 12/19 Scheduled for grading: 4/20 5/3: still scheduled for grading... yikes
  9. "The overall numerical grade is not a simple average of the four subgrades. Uses an algorithm which determines the final grade using the four sub grades on the front label of the card holder. The lowest overall grade is the first category to observe because it is the most obvious defect, and the lowest grade is the most heavily weighted in determining the overall grade."
  10. ya for some reason its taking them months to log a package into their system.
  11. For reference, I have an Economy order that was received 12/19 that has yet to even enter the grading stage yet..
  12. Lol there are people from early December still waiting, so I wouldn't hold you breath.
  13. Lol thank you for the useless response Mr. Angel. But when you click the question mark next to the feature it clearly states "Enter your package’s tracking number to confirm whether it has been delivered to CGC’s facility" Clearly says delivered, not received, so not sure what you are going on about .
  14. Its a waste of of valuable resources you could have allocated to the mail receiving department so packages do not take 2 months to be logged into the system.
  15. I mean the same thing happened with PSA when people got wind of a price change, their site would constantly crash and was essentially unusable on the last two days leading up to the increase. Unfortunately this is the reality of the situation when everyone try's to submit cards at the exact same time. CGC gave every ample notice of the price change so I am not sure why you waited until the last day but nevertheless here we are.
  16. My 3/19 shipment still not marked received so id say you have a ways to go unfortunately.
  17. My submission was "Scheduled for Grading" on 4/20 and it is currently still listed as "Scheduled for Grading". So currently 5 business days/ 7 total days.
  18. Package delivered 3/19. 4/22 and it has yet to be marked received. *sigh*
  19. Please use this extra money to hire people that can sign for packages and enter them into the system. My little cousin can read and use a keyboard, so he qualifies.
  20. I have a standard submission delivered 3/19 that has yet to be marked as received.
