good question Ed. But lets not confuse some things. Dan is talking about, and was asking to buy Marvels. So he was looking for the 75 cent versions of 60 cent books and 95 cent versions or 75 cent books. There is no doubt they are Canadian Editions. You are probably referring to the gold key, harvey & archie books that had 15 cent versions versus 12 cent versions. I have never had any of those to look at the indicia, so I cannot state anything except for others saying that they were Canadian editions.

excellent idea (thumbs u and while we are at it: there has been alot of work done over there regarding variant research, tracking of prices, and the updating of the galleries. I would encourage everyone to stop by and look at some the things going on. The 30 & 35 cent galleries have been recently updated and look awesome. Tracking info is updated weekly or sooner. Comments and suggestions are not only welcome but encouraged. Let us know what you think.

Carl, That was my book. Daffy has that copy now. So for those that do not know--google kid colt 219 and select images. That pic comes up from the STL gallery. Yes, I did that scan with the bag on. The seller is not selling the book in the scan. The seller may be selling a 219. He may be selling a variant. But one thing is for sure, unless he is Daffy06 Derek Ferrell, or he aquired the book from Daffy06, you are not going to get the book in the scan. Harry

I had contacted the Architect regarding this problem yesterday. His post in general came after my contacting him about this glitch, and running a test of the system with him. My whole reason for contacting him was to get verification of when the post was deleted (accidentally after the first post, or sometime later like after the fourth reminder). Unfortunately, he did not think the database kept records of when pm's were deleted, or when persons remove themselves from a pm. Thus, I still have no proof. And because you say so, you are right. I was making it all up to drag you down. You can go back to telling people how to behave in this forum again in good conscience. remember, graemlins like this one are fun to look at, but not nearly as effective as your usual insults.

The point is that I have suggested several ways that you could have called this matter to my attention without a public posting that was accusatory and confrontational in nature. You've failed to give any reason as to why you didn't explore those options first. To my knowledge, this is the first time I've seen a dispute where the seller says they invoiced someone and the buyer claims to have never received it. As for your allegations that you would see that the PMs had been read by me, that it just a lie plain and simple. I've admitted that it is at least possible that you sent a PM invoice and that either 1) I never got it, like others who now report some missing PMs, or 2) I accidentally deleted it. Either way, I certainly never deleted a PM after reading it each time you asked for money. Now, go pound sand, fist yourself, whatever. I want an invoice for my books and a paypal address to send it to. Otherwise, I'm calling you out as a liar who doesn't have the books to send that you offered. That is a lot of misdirection in one place, but I will try to wade through it. I would first like to apologize to everyone for bringing this up. There was no need for me to believe there was something wrong. As to the books in question--yes, you may have them to do with whatever you please, but I will not send them to you. I do not want your money. As a matter of fact I want nothing to do with a person like you. I will ask foolkiller, redhook, donut, darthdiesel, or Al Stoltz, to receive the books, verify they are what I said they were, then ship them to you. I will even pay shipping to that person. One thing is for sure, I do not trust you, and given the circumstances, I would never send you anything, because "you might not get that either". You can whip out your insults again about pounding, fisting, or whatever you are dreaming of now, and remember, name calling also gives you more credibility.

You have no more way of proving what you claimed happened than I do of proving that I never deleted any PMs. This is pointless and I've said it before, give me a total and a paypal address and you can add the books to the holiday raffle. Any reason you didn't post for me to contact you? Any reason you don't acknowledge a remote possibility that you're in the wrong? I did, several times. Any reason you want to be an and call me out over $18? sorry, but nothing I have said tonight is untrue. I never sent a new PM because it always said unread by you, then, later on that day, said unread by none. Based on this I saw no reason to start another PM. Same reply to the third question, actually I was refraining from calling you out. I could be wrong or mistaken, but I seriously doubt it. If I thought for one second I was wrong, I would never have posted it. Once again, when it comes to doing the right thing, what does the dollar amount have to do with it? Keep calling me an , it strengthens your argument.

I don't think I've deleted a PM since I got here but it's possible. We had a PM thread going that he could've used. Could've PM'd separately to just contact him. Calling me out like this seems a little over the top when I'm here buying/selling/posting the whole time. ADDED: And on $9 worth of books too. It was $18 worth of books. But what does that have to do with anything?

I don't see a post in my PMs on that date with that description. Can you check the PM to see who it was sent to. If it was to me, just reply to it and it'll pop up in my PMs. Either way, send me a total so I can pay you while we publicly catfight about who was in the wrong. Because you never responded to the PM's, you cannot see who it was sent to on this new format CGC message board. Because you never replied, I am the only participant. I guess you deleted the message tonight, because the second I send the message, it now says unread by none, whereas it used to say unread by transplant. Either way, you probably knew that prior to that post, therefore nothing new will "pop" up. Now we can just pretend I invoiced the wrong person, but I checked every time I sent a reminder to make sure. Every time it said unread by transplant until you read it. We can believe that because you are asking for the total again, that you are a big person and I imagined this.
