Thanks people for the buys so far. That will be the last book for this group. Lots more stuff to come in the months ahead and we'll pick it up at number 24 and keep working our way up. I will reopen this thread after it shuts down at a later date to continue. Once I get to 100 and up, I may just bundle the issues in groups of ten, I'll see when the time comes. Like I said, some of these books I've had for 45/50 years?? I feel like I just cut an arm off. Edit: I decided to add one more book to this thread. #24. Check it out.

Fantastic Four #23 - 5.5 SOLD TO MattTheDuck BP = $150.00 This is a nice clean copy with nice color & eye appeal. Has a diagonal crease on the lower corner front cover. Someone wrote the letters IV with ink on the front cover right about he issue number and pressed it in. You can see it in the inside pic of the front cover. C.F. is well attached and inside pages are really nice.

Fantastic Four #22 - 4.5 - SOLD TO HIBOU BP = $100.00 - $90.00 This copy has nice color and eye appeal for the grade. C.F. is well attached. Has creasing and handling marks front and back covers. There is a pic below of the inside of the front cover. Looks like ink transfer from the splash page, as I looked at this under magnification and a light and do not see any color touch. Still a nice reader or filler.

Fantastic Four #21 - 3.5 SOLD TO TORO BP = $55.00 This is a very solid low grade book, cover and centerfold are well attached. A well read, well loved copy with lots of cover stress lines and creases. Inside covers have some tanning. Inside pages are nice, and complete. Check out the pics. This is a great reader, or fill copy that won't bust the bank.

Fantastic Four #20 - 6.0 - Origin & 1st appearance of the Molecule Man SOLD TO MattTheDuck BP = $390.00 - $350.00 This is a very solid book. Lays flat, nice and tight with a few defects. Top cover spine has a 3/8" tear and small piece out of it. There is some discoloration on the staples as you can see on the pics of the centerfold, as it has transferred to the paper. I don't see any rust. Edges have minimal wear and stress and handling marks.

Fantastic Four #19 - 2.5 - Intro of Rama Tut SOLD TO ELECTRON BP = $100.00 This is a great reader or filler copy. Very solid book. Problems are lots of creasing and wear on the front and back covers. Bottom edge has a 3/4" tear. Front and back covers are tanning on the insides. Looks like tide marks or moisture marks, check out the pictures. Staples have a bit of rust on them. C.F. is well attached and nice interior.

Fantastic Four #17 - 6.0 SOLD TO DESIGNER TOAST BP = $220.00 Pretty decent copy with well attached cover and C.F. Has some stress lines down the spine and a small chip/chad on the top spine corner. Back cover has some edge wear, and a few spots. See the pics. Real nice interior pages.

Fantastic Four #16 - 3.5 - 1st Ant Man crossover & Wasp cameo SOLD TO ELECTRON BP = $190.00 This would be a real nice copy, but the back cover has problems. Looks like some moisture rippling and quite a few moisture spots all over it. Have to hold it at an angle to see them. Interior is really nice, with well attached C.F. and nice paper.

Fantastic Four #15 - 6.0 SOLD TO MattTheDuck BP = $90.00 This is a decent looking copy, but I suspect this book has been trimmed on three sides, so buy it as such. Book has handling marks and creases front and back cover. Top corner crease top back cover. Book has nice interior pages and C.F. is well attached.

Fantastic Four #14 - 6.5/7.0 - Sub Mariner cross over. SOLD TO MattTheDuck BP = $400.00 Nice mid grade copy. Has some tanning on the inside cover edges. 1/4" tear top edge F.C. Well attached center fold and clean staples. Great color and eye appeal.

Fantastic Four #12 #18 - Not for Sale ...................................yet This book has a story behind it you may have read already. There was a comic shop in Richton Park Illinois on Sauk Trail, many moons ago. No boxes or racks, just everything in piles on tables all over the place. The guy who ran it, name was Ken Pierce. He use to listen to old radio broadcasts in the shop with headphones on. Smoked like a fiend. We would hit this shop at least once a week as he was getting new stuff in daily. He had a few books on a wall board at the check out. This F.F. 12 was on it. He wanted $30.00 for it, and I thought he was nuts. I would see this book there week after week, until finally I caved in and spent the $30.00. I was livid I spent that much on one comic book. It sat in my box for decades, and then sent it to Joey for a light press, and submission. Here it is now. I've had that book at least 45 years. Like the coin traveling in No Country for Old Men. The picture does not do it justice. The #18, don't remember where I got that one, but it was in the 70's,

Fantastic Four #11 - 1.0 BP = $40.00 SOLD TO HIGHSTAKESCOMICS BP = $40.00 This is a very low grade book. Cover is completely detached, and is almost split in two. Just hanging on a bit at the top. Has a piece of tape on the inside edge F.C. Bottom staple is rusty. Inside of the book is still nice and a great read. See scans for more info.

Fantastic Four #10 - 4.0 SOLD TO ELECTRON BP = $275.00 - $250.00 This copy has severe staple tears. The bottom staple is popped off the back cover, but still holding on to the front. Have to handle this one with care. Back cover has lots of scuffing, loss of gloss, something going on. Front cover is clean, and book has nice color.

Fantastic Four #9 - 4.0 3rd appearance of Sub-Mariner SOLD TO D PONTOON BP = $220.00 A well ready copy with staple tears, see pictures. Surface wear and handling marks, creasing. C.F. is well attached. Book has a book length, light center crease/fold. Two interior pages have tear have 1-1/4" clean tears from the bottom edge. Bottom staple has discoloration.

Fantastic Four #8 - 4.0 1st Puppet Master & Alicia Masters SOLD TO LIZARDS2 BP = $280.00 Has long diagonal crease/bend front lower corner that transitions through the whole book. This is a well read copy. Staple tears but still attached. C.F. is well attached. Nice interior pages.

Fantastic Four #7 - 6.5 1st appearance of Kurrgo SOLD TO MATTHEDUCK BP = $600.00 This is a very clean, solid book. A light press? Has light surface and handling marks. You can see the wear and rub on the top corner. Has some small tears on the top edge. Back cover has a 1/4" tear on the top edge. Very nice interior and C.F. is well attached.
