    Boy that's an ugly, pretty book. Hard to grade with the staining mixed with the pretty solid front cover. Mix in the chip and the spine split and it's even harder. I'm going to say 3.5, but who knows.

    Do you have more pictures of the pages in question. They say p. 16 is married, but your original description said the first wrap is the one that is split, and neither the first or last page would be "p. 16." Unless I'm hopelessly confused...which is possible.

    Well said. Unfortunately these forums are not immune from the trend toward online rudeness. A good rule of thumb is not to answer someone's post in a way you wouldn't answer to their face.

    It looks 9.2 but I think that's a crease by the CCA stamp? If it is, I'd say 8.0. And a press wouldn't help a crease.
