As some might remember, I was the one who consigned it to comiclink. I can't add too much more, I was buying art from someone, and asked what else they had for sale and this item was one of it. That comic itself was before my collecting period and when I asked my friends (who is a boardie) what the stat cover was used for, one of them suggested it might be for a UK reprint since the seller was from the UK. The seller had it or awhile, I think at least 10 years, but I don't recall if he said where he got it from, but it could have been from the US (and therefore it's a US reprint). I can't add much more, hopefully others are more knowledgeable.
