I agree with @Cheetahs Neverprosper
In my experience for books like that (ie: rarer, harder to find indies -> especially in high grade) it is usually better to price them high and see how the market responds. You can always turn down an offer that is too low, but you can't get it back if you sell it for too cheap!
Congrats on your first 9.8

Is there rust on the bottom staple?

Had one once marvel spotlight 28 first moon knight. Sold it to a boardie around 10 years ago sadly (for me anyway) $30………. Quite a profit for 25cents but well below what it is worth now!!!
Wow that's a cool book. I wonder how much it could get now!

So I found this X-Men comic in a collection which has the story pages stapled inside the comic twice. The comic is "twice" as thick as it should be (not taking the cover into consideration).
It seems pretty obvious to me that this happened while the comic was being produced because the top of the comic was not cut properly (probably because the comic was basically twice as thick as it should be) and the top staple did not go all the way through (again, because the book is way thicker than it should be).
Is there a term for comics like this? Sort of like the term "double cover" but for a comic that was produced with the inside story twice?

That's just how the slabs are. Nothing out of the ordinary there.
Ok I was just surprised because I looked at a family member's slabs and they are completely sealed (graded in 2014 and 2015 I believe).

All normal for 2nd Gen slab.
It's normal to be able to pry open the slab?
-
So I bought a slab on eBay for the first time. Seller said the case was in mint shape but I can slightly pry open the left side and the right side of the slab has some sort of melted plastic? See the picture to see what I mean. Is that normal? It was graded in 2013.

Thanks for making this list it is super helpful!
