  1. Bulk Shipped! Same day it went into GEI. That was super fast. 11/4 - 12/19 from shipping to them and shipping it back to me.
  2. I was charged $10 per card even though the order was submitted in October for $5 per card. Make sure to check your charges. It's BS that it's even possible to mess that up and literally charge double the submission price. Just a casual $290 overcharge... wtf
  3. Bulk - received 11/7, scheduled 11/30 Reholder - receives 11/7, scheduled 12/7
  4. I've heard mixed reviews on if cards get looked at to get potential regrades. I have heard of people getting cards bumped up higher than expected. I'd be looking at sending in a handful of dark blue labels in the 7.5-9 range that likely would have even graded higher when they switched to the blue/fade into white ones. Or.. should i crack them and resubmit. It just sucks to have to spend more than the $5 in the first place when I already spent thousands... just to get a different label because they changed things yet again.
  5. FYI. They are still using the old brown divider packaging even though it's a known fact that it damages the cases. Bulk received 4/24 delivered today. 1/3 was in a box with the old packaging and at least 2 of my cards are damaged from it. I stopped looking after that because it is so unbelievably frustrating that CGC thinks there is a world where it's ok to use up stock of old packaging that they 100% know causes damage. Completely unacceptable.
  6. It's just a thin glossed over cardboard instead of a rough basic cardboard. Same design. I can't believe they would still be using the old packaging when it is know to damage the cases. Also the suggestion of purchasing a plastic polishing/repair solution to fix damage that shouldn't be acceptable in the first place is embarrassing. I know Paul isn't responsible, but CGC should have a better process for fixing their own mistakes and faulty products than "try fixing it yourself by spending more money, or call CS and hope they can help you get them fixed in an unknown timeframe.
  7. My "received" 4/26 bulk no subs is being delivered tomorrow. 4/26 bulk + subs shipped but no tracking yet 4/24 bulk no subs is in grading/qc. Expecting that to be shipped this week
  8. My 4/26 bulk orders moved from g/e/I to grading/qc last night. (4/24 bulk still in g/e/i) Does anyone know how long grading/qc is taking until shipped these days?
  9. There should be a separate official thread for order issues and concerns. All of these things are important, but it is a lot of noise in a thread that is supposed to be for sharing turnaround times and status updates.
  10. Mine have been usps and the link appears once it actually ships and is scanned. The link is the same as Googling a tracking number in the email though... so it really doesn't matter.
