  1. Just an FYI on the Wolverine Limited #1 - it is now being tracked for newsstand copies - Some of those sales are segregated under "Newsstand Edition" in the data tables
  2. How very dare you! It is only just after 1pm here and we don't get drunk until after 2!
  3. This is what you’re looking for: https://comics.gpanalysis.com/analyse-prices/sales-data/4371/12345678 we have it under the title: Amazing Spider-Man Aim Toothpaste Giveaway (1980)
  4. We've identified the issue and have a fix that's working on our dev servers. It's Saturday here today and I don't want to push an update out to our live servers before we do additional testing so as to make sure our fix doesn't break something else. I'm hoping to have this resolved on the live server by our Monday.
  5. Unfortunately there's an issue here where a bug on the MyComics dashboard is causing a time out on specific titles/scenarios. There's no other part of the site affected, just that section. We're trying to identify the problem and see what we need to do to get it back to working in all scenarios (as some of you have mentioned, it doesn't happen across all titles). Apologies.
  6. If you go to this title/issue on GPA https://comics.gpanalysis.com/analyse-prices/sales-data/240/39 and scroll to the bottom of the sales rows, there is a section "Relists, non-sales, errors". You'll see the $50K ToS sale has been noted, with "Item recorded as sold/relisted by seller", hence why it's not included in the main analysis.
  7. We made the changes because we’ve been getting feedback for 3-4 years now about making the site more responsive, especially as more than two thirds of GPA users now interact with the site via a mobile device, and ~40% exclusively. The older technology we were using would not have facilitated that (as well as security issues continuing to use older asp code). As for not seeing the same information, putting aside the design elements (like removing the live icon and adding a universal grade icon) all that information you post from the old site is in the new site. Every row of every issue shows the grade,, notes, Averages for the past 12 months, the previous year and the year before that, as well as the most recent sale (and its sold date).
  8. I'm not sure if your saw my earlier post in this thread: "Appreciate the feedback, good and bad and assure you we will continue to work on the service, including the look and feel. Some things are easy fixes/changes, some will need to take into consideration the wide variety of use cases (mobile, visually challenged, etc) and some, like "will you go back to the old site" won't be happening." We are not ignoring the feedback, far from it. As DavidTeDavid notes, changing things will not be trivial and immediate, although some elements can be adjusted sooner than later. At the moment, I don't have a lot of time to come and address every post, which would be to the detriment of helping some users who have had login issues, and with getting on with implementing further changes.
  9. Should be coming back up now
  10. See above - transferring over previous userid/pwds to facilitate access for those who have been unable to reset their details. Truly sorry for the hassle.
  11. Apologies. To help those users who haven't been able to reset their account, or who had older email addresses in the system that no longer work, we've put the service into maintenance mode so we can transfer their old login details. I'm assured it should be back up shortly. A communication will go out to advise of the change, ignore it if you already accessed your account. Appreciate the feedback, good and bad (even from the passionate collector who advised they wouldn't stop their car if they saw me on the road), and assure you we will continue to work on the service, including the look and feel. Some things are easy fixes/changes, some will need to take into consideration the wide variety of use cases (mobile, visually challenged, etc) and some, like "will you go back to the old site" won't be happening. You can email us at info @ gpanalysis.com with feedback/concerns/problems. Some of you may still continue to have access issues if you have forgotten your old password and the reset feature isn't working for you - feel free to email us so we can change your details manually. Please be patient while we work through these. Again, apologies on the issues many of you have experienced.
  12. Unfortunately unless your DNS has propagated the new website the activation link will be going to the old website. If you can please give it some time until your ISP DNS is updated.
  13. You can try now - you'll have to click on the forgot password link again to generate a new email so as to reset your password.
  14. It won't work just yet as we are updating the activation server (apologies) but do check your spam/junk folder for the activation email. If you still don't get it, you will need to contact us.
  15. Having a hiccup with the activation server - *sigh* apologies on this everyone.
  16. Yes, until it propagates through to your DNS, you'll continue to see the old site.
  17. can you DM me your username?
  18. Yeah there are emails being sent out, and there are DNS changes that mean some people won't see the new site yet, but for security reasons you'll need to reset your password. Click on the "Forgot Password" link to receive an email with a reset link.
  19. So what's the consensus? Remove the sales by this seller for the moment until further info can establish what's going on?
  20. Completely agree Do you have additional info on why?
  21. And we have done and do this on occasion. However just because a book sells for more than you feel it should (or lower) doesn't always mean the sale didn't go through.
  22. Are you sure that's how we framed it? You contacted us about the two different FF books and Andy responded with: Hi Andrew, the two sales have different cert numbers. The $1875 sale has the cert id 0004265018 and the one they have currently listed has the cert id 1968240017. If we see the same book come up for re-sale by the same seller, we do endeavour to remove the previous sale. We'll certainly monitor to the best of our ability the books being offered. That certainly doesn't mean we won't take books down (outside of the above scenario), just that we need to investigate some of these further. And as I noted, difficult to determine that sales haven't gone through on some occasions.
  23. We've taken those sales down that are relists and we're looking into the rest. The problem here is proving that sales that aren't relisted (different books) have not gone through. That's not something we have the means to determine easily.
