    FYI, your card is mislabeled, it should not have the #6 on it as a no number. Depending when you subbed it, you might be able to get a free correction. That yellow "fish-eye" is not a surface defect and would not have been treated as one by PSA. It is a print defect, however I don't think it is enough of one that the card would have been given a (PD) qualifier if you subbed with Qualifiers, or a -2 deduction if you subbed without qualifiers. Even more, if you did allow for qualifiers and still got a 7, then there is definitely something else going on with the card in PSA's eyes. It almost looks like there is a slight crease/fold line just above the bottom of the card. Also, on the very top, is it cut in a slight U fashion, where it is curving around the upper bumper, or is that the bumper's shadow? Maybe take very high res straight on pics of the front and back, knocking the card away from the bumpers and we can give you a better opinion on if you should spend $300 to send it back to PSA for a review..... and holder correction
