Which one would cause the most headaches?

In honor of the Romance photo covers in the Promise Collection, here are a couple of books. I will try to show the more interesting covers.

The best way to answer this question is for me to post some photocover romance books over the next few weeks. Some of the covers are quite interesting and give insight into the specific culture at that time. Plus when I picked them up, they were quite affordable. Not like today with the Promise Collection books.

As we know, romance photo covers are generally slow sellers (except for the few salacious covers). I wonder if these Promise books will bring nice prices or stratospheric prices. Your information might put a crimp in my buying at the Torpedo Con.

From my experience, most women and men should wear more clothes when engaging in cosplay. Spandex should be treated like thermal underwear -- keep it hidden by wearing more clothes. Maybe this is a reason why my eyesight is no longer 20-20.

I was going to bid on the First Romance 1 and Movie Love 8, but...well, the only thing I can say is...

A big "thank you" to inaflash for setting up the show! There was no charge for parking, tables and admission. He did it on his own. If there is another show, the wife and I will be there. The best part of a small show is I had plenty of time to look through each box and talk to everyone. That was the best part of the weekend -- the conversation and reconnecting with friends and boardie's. Boy, did I ever miss that. Yes, I bought a nice stack of books. But that is secondary. Ken, thanks again!

Ken was wise to hire security for the show. He had a "wife" and "girlfriend" present to make sure there was no fighting over books.

Las Vegas Mini Con 2 is in the books! Mrs. Bumble Kitty and I had a fabulous time and I am so glad we made an effort to attend. Here are a few pics of our time in Vegas: We had a small boardie dinner Saturday night at a Mexican restaurant. The food was very good, but it was not authentic Mexican food, as a few of us ordered water and none of us got sick. I think comick1 is practicing his ability to control fire.

I'm glad the "laugh" emoji is back. Now if only CGC would add the " I'm blind " emoji!

Will you be offering any of your nice EC books as door prizes?

Too bad the "laugh" emoji has been removed from usage. I would have used it often in this thread.

Hotel room is booked! Mrs. Bumble Kitty and I are loading up the car and heading to Beverly Vegas!

It looks like Young Love 83 is also in the current auction. Young Love 80 and 89 are in their next auction. I agree with Greggy -- C'Link should have all of these books in their office.
