I can definitely fit up 3 or 4 people in my car if anyone needs a ride.

 

The only rub is that I'll need to leave the show a touch early to get home and get ready, pick up the keg, etc.

The caveot is that each of these is a little smaller than a 1/4 keg, which is why I opted to just do both. A little pricey, but worth it

I am going and can offer 3 one way rides to the BBQ.

 

I will not be going back to baltimore after the cookout.

I can give rides to 3 or 4 people (leaving early, BTW from the show).

And I have one other friend who can probably fit 2 people in his car.

 

If there's another person who can offer one-way rides, that could easily make up enough people to justify a shuttle bus ride BACK to the Inner Harbor and the hotels you're staying at.
