While I don't want to give anyone a medal, I don't believe anyone under the age of 35 is well-served by being here, and probably not even then.

Why 35? Lack of discretionary funds? Too many BSD's? I would suppose that could be a problem for some (see e.g. the Probation thread) but Danny had a nice little niche collection . . .
