Awesome book, but read the :rulez::baiting:

 

I thought I would start a thread that would try and capture one of the really awesome things about doing signature series books. There are often opporunities to get one-of-a-kind books signed and graded.

 

So here are the rules for posting books in this thread:

 

1. The book must be the only Signature Series book for that particular issue on the census

 

2. You may post your book if there are other SS copies on the census only if your copy is the highest and only graded copy. So if there are a couple SS 9.4's and you have the only SS 9.8, then you could post it here.

 

3. Please refrain from posting signed and sketched books as we all know that type of thing is one of a kind, plus there's another thread for that

 

3a. You may post a SS signed and sketched book if it is the only SS book, or single highest graded SS book.

 

I think this would be a really cool way to see all the "one of a kind" ss books out there!

 

 

What part of the book doesn't fit the requirement George? One of a kind? Check...

 

There are plenty of SS books that have a unique combination of signatures and/or sketches, but that does not make them "one-of-a-kind" for purposes of this thread. Look at rules #2 and #3.

 

The rules are pretty simple. A book is only "one-of-a-kind" if it is the only SS copy or if it is top census. Your book, while awesome, is neither. You can beat your chest all you want, but that doesn't change the rules.

okay first off thanks George for wasting my time to defend it and stealing a little thunder.

 

The book is the only Miracleman 15 CGC SS signed by Alan Moore in 9.8 AND signed and sketched by John Totlebon. No others exist like this according to the person who sent books in to get sketched on by John. Thus it makes it...everyone with me...One of a kind...

So according to how how this thread works: in the title, in CAPS:

ONE-OF-A-KIND CGC SS

 

 

 

I can't imagine any book more impressive that was done this year.

 

Since this is a "feel good" thread, I invite you to feel good about this book.

 

The amount of gut pain I am suffering because I can't fly up to ice station zebra, where you live, and take it from you should be an indicator of the amount of appreciation, almost all, SS fans have for a book this epic.

 

I don't think we'll be seeing a book with this combination of awesome characteristics again anytime soon. It's the great white buffalo.
