By the way, yes that is a good price. I earmarked that sucker -the companion piece to JLA #3- but can't afford to "live in that neighborhood"...at this particular junction in my life *sigh*

That's a good buy in my opinion... but there's less interest and competition for the DC Silver stuff, and Adam Strange/Mystery in Space doesn't generate the same interest that say Batbooks will generate.

Most of the DC books didn't get above average prices. The Marvel books went for about what they normally do.

 

He also was selling around 300 books so that spreads the money out a bit also.

Where's my OS when I need it, but these books in particular I was looking at went for crazy money (IMO).

 

Batman 237 cgc 9.4

 

Batman 244 cgc 9.6

 

I think that the first one is somewhere in the neighborhood of 8x guide for a 9.4 and the second one is 4.5x guide for a 9.6.
