Guess I'm first kinda difficult 6.5/7.0 but I lean towards the lower grde....always

How the spine looks is always the most important element to me ... see a half-dozen or so color-breaking ticks ... maybe a bit of blunting in the LLFC ... can't tell if there's one or two teeny pieces out of the right side.

 

Nothing huge, though ... I'd fall in with a straight 6.0 and possibly a 6.5 if the book was in hand and the spine presented better than in the scan. Hard for me to go with any grade that has a "VF" in it on this one.

 

It's a beautiful book, by the way. I can't recall ... is this a key or minor key or just a cool cover?

I think 6.5, although I am looking at two silver age CGC graded books right in front of me which clearly are a .5 grade worse in condition and they say 6.5 on label!
