I loved this cover when I was a kid!

I think that I loved it, a little bit more than number 104, but it was close

Now I look at it, and I see a little bit too much of Don Heck art , in ramrod's face, but dammit, it's still an awesome cover.

Amazing Spider-Man #127, and the Vulture is back among the chaos!  Harry is pissed, women are being attacked, MJ is hot, and Spidey is losing his *bleep*!  Cool as heck cover though, so I have faith Spidey will figure it out but it may take an extra issue...   not the extra copy I have, just another month (or day, for us).

I'd like to interrupt this bronze amazing-fest for a brief moment.

I recently upgraded a bunch of Spidey books, many of were PPSSM issues - all REALLY SWEET copies. Here's a group shot, all but 1 are pre-ASM #252 (same as PPSSM #90). Although I could argue this title's age goes through #100, Milgrom's last issue & last $.60 issue. Anyway, here they are!

There is an interesting transition from issue 126 to 127 that I just noticed.  The small M (below the s in Bounces) on the cover of 126 was no doubt put there by Tony Mortellaro, who did the background inking for Romita's work.  The torch was passed to Dave Hunt in issue 127, who would do the background inking to issue 170.
