hahaha! I totally bagged out. My hunch was 8.5/9.0, but I was rushing to get packed to fly and went gonzo on it for the heck of it! Oh well...trust the gut, trust the gut...

It looked beautiful except for that crease, so I thought 8.5 and going with my tradition I add on another 1/2 a grade and presto, I nailed it at 9.0!!!

ROUND 2: 9.0

 

 

3 spine ticks, a tiny rub, and a 3/8" crease to the LRFC

bottom right corner crease, textbook 9.0 in my book, but you probably got a 9.2.

 

My grade 9.0 but I'm going to give you the bump and say 9.2 this time.

I had 9.0 all the way and then some type of influence suggested that I might bump to 9.2 and I was swayed yet in my heart I knew this to be a 9.0...is there an appeals court???

Yep, that's what I thought it was, but after last grade, bumped it to 9.2.

OK... so it looks like CGC customizes grades to the submitter...

It's a 9.0, just like the last book. To me both have the exact same eye appeal. At least I nailed this one, this time.

Sigh, I finished my school semester... but, perhaps I will start a company where we will "own" everyone, every comic is given a starting grade of 5.0, and is improved by one grade after each resubmit.
