Hey everyone! I just wanted to share this with you. I googled some movies earlier and found out that my friend from college, Carl Ellsworth, is writing the movie adaptation for "Y: The Last Man". He also wrote a few episodes of Buffy, The Vampire Slayer, and the movies Red Eye and Disturbia. Wizard did an interview with him so I thought I'd post the link to it. I really think from what he has done in the past, that he can pull this movie off.

I have no idea. Honestly I have never read the comic.
