GA 7.0-8.0 are the bomb

SA 8.0-9.0 are the bomb

BA 9.0-9.4 are the bomb

 

If they're nicer than that, I've probably sold it with a few exceptions. I don't deserve Minty fresh comics.

I'll still stay somewhat below 7.0 on the GAs lol

I don't think it's the case. I think things are the same as they ever were with the exception of the Great Green River Wars.

so your saying there are still a mess of people on here that will pay 1500 for a 9.8 or 9.6 when they cold get the same book for 600 in a 9.2 or 9.4.

 

i'm not talking the big keys, thats a bit different.

As long as it does not look like I'll add it to my run. Maybe once I completed all my runs I might begin upgrade some books. If given the opportunity to own 2 9.4s or 9.6s vs a 9.8 I would most likely take the 9.4s or 9.6s. :shrug:

 

If cost wasn't the biggest cocern, I would take 9.8s all day long with strong eye appeal and presentation.

 

I have had books that were 9.6s and sold them off only for the fact that my 9.4s or even sometimes 9.2s just presented much better.

 

I have also sold 9.8s that were very similar and kept the lower graded copy because of eye appeal.

Sure, if it's a book that they have been searching for, rare in grade or need to finish their run.

Absolutely. I just sold two 9.6 SA books and a key 9.4 on the boards.

And used the money to buy more high(est) grade comics.

9.4 = 2400

9.2 = 1600

9.0 = 700

 

thats what i'm talking about.

 

I'd rather have the 9.0 and buy 2-3 other 9.0 with the $1700 I saved.
