I bought four raw comics from Metro. Of the four, only one was the correct grade. The other three were a full grade lower.

I usually undergrade by one notch in Nik's contests and get 3 (or 1/2) a point every freaking round.

Well um as far as Metro's grading:

 

1 book .5 overgraded

1 book right on the money

1 book .25 undergraded

 

That's my track record.

I have bought a few books from Metro recently, and had 1 graded.

 

Metro 9.4 - CGC 9.0

 

I do say it is the cleanest 9.0 I have seen (I expected 9.2, but what do I know). I will be putting a few more in to CGC soon, and we will see how it goes.

 

From what I have seen to date, I will continue to buy from Metro.

I would agree that whoever it is, isn't "new" here at all.

I just purchased 11 books from Metro, every one was graded accurately, except for a midgrade WEIRD SCIENCE-FANTASY #29 that was a little off. I traded it in for another copy of the same book, and I'm very satisfied. I've been a Metro customer for years, and they have always given me excellent service, sent me scans of inexpensive books when I've asked, and have been prompt and courteous. :thumbsup:

I have purchased 2 big books from Metro:

 

1) Metro graded as a 6.0, CGC said 5.0 (SA key book)

2) Metro graded as a 4.5, CGC said 4.0 (GA key book)

 

Other than that, I will continue to buy from Metro because of their excellent customer service and depth of inventory. The only thing I have to do is save up!
