Apparently this could have been a monster collection but 70% of the older comics were destroyed by basement flooding. How the X-men 1 survived is not really known. The guy who was the owner passed away and his sister was selling the comics. She contacted a friend who was knowledgeable in comics to help her sell. Still available was about 12 long boxes of 70's and 80's comics but not in the best of shape that I passed on. Probably about 150 1960's comics were to be had but they were expecting 75% of guide so I picked out a handful of comics, FF ann1, Avg 16, Secret Origins 1, Marvel Tales 2, Cap America 109, and Transformer 1-80 near complete.
