There are some corner dings that I know were not there when I sent the books off to be graded. I went over these books multiple times. They are very visible on the back cover and I know I would not have missed them. I was accurate on every other book that I sent in, so, I am thinking that it happened in shipping (which I doubt since I packed really well and no other book had any damage) or it happened at their facility.
