Just got this back from CGC...

Amazing Spider-Man (vol. 2) #36 - 9/11 WTC Tribute Issue - Signed by JR JR on 9/9/12

As a Canadian, I will remember that day (9/11) for the rest of my life, where I was and how I felt - I watched it unfold live at work in a crowded boardroom with many, many colleagues who were upset, crying and shocked beyond belief. Even thinking of it now seems surreal. I am pretty confident in saying almost every single Canadian's heart bled for our friends to the south that day and the days that followed.

I think Marvel did a good job at with this book, they tried and succeeded to make an honest tribute. I think Spidey was a good choice of hero to carry the narrative. The final page spread honouring the true heroes of that day with Marvel heroes did end the book with a sense of hope and strength.

Anyway, this is a book I am pleased to have in my collection.
