I was thinking 7.5 ish without the water stains. I would have to say they bring it down at least a grade to grade and a half. 6.0/6.5

6.5 I don't think that is a Water Stain on the BC. Looks more like a little dirt. But it is hard to tell for sure without having the book in hand. But on second thought !?!....
