There are a few interesting threads on this topic already but its hard to pick just one so just a few off the top of my head:

 

1940's - Marvel Mystery #9, More Fun #54, Tec #31, Cap #74.

1950's - Sub-Mariner Comics #33.

1960's - Silver Surfer #4, Avengers #57.

1970's and beyond - gosh there are so many I would have to sit and think about it for a long time.
