So after #125 (Quoting myself saves typing.)

 

I think the majority of people immediately ranting about the issue to begin with may have been the ones who were only going on a spoiler or synopsis. Maybe they would have had a different reaction had they read it page by page as intended without the spoiler. I think the issue reads quite well that way.

 

Now...

 

Before 115 (All Out War) we would run the first 3 pages or so, but after All Out War began, we wanted to play it closer to the chest and give out a bit less information, so we started choosing panels*. After we heard Robert’s plans for 127 we were wondering if this would work and after actually reading it, it was instantly clear that most panels/pages give away something we want you guys to just discover for yourselves, which means… there will be no preview this month!

The issue is phenomenal on all levels.

 

Not only is it one of the best issues I have read to date:

 

 

#1-It's double size w a new trade dress

 

#2- It takes place a bit in the future & is part one of a new storyline.

 

#3- It's ALREADY sold out at Diamond.

 

#4- It's the first appearance of a Dynamic visually stunning new character

 

#5- It's got a preview of Kirkman's new book Outcast.

They don't say, but there are physical changes / aging to the main characters so the reader can put a timeline to it.

Not spoiling, but visually explodes off the page.
