Hard to tell but there appears to be some small wear on the spine, a bit of discoloration on the edge, and the creases on the bottom RFC. Still a very good looking book but I would guess a 7.0.

Looks like the staples are starting to pull a bit, so I'd say FN/VF 7.0, also if the darkness of the stables is rust then it gets the 7.0. however, I see no rust migration, so it may get a bump up to VF- 7.5. Nice Book-Peace CC.

My thoughts, as well - presents nicely but enough going on for CGC to take it down a peg or two (it is a DC after all................) :(
