Some pretty solid grading, gentlemen...

 

Bear in mind the pics are rather bigger than life-size; the only visible damage along the bottom edge is that lower left corner, and it's pretty minimal to the naked eye.

(*I should add that, holding the comic in my hands, I considered it closer to an 8.0 than an 8.5... Slight Shaken Comic Syndrome damage to the upper edge, perhaps?)

I wouldnt have cracked it, it seems you got a favorable grade. IMO but.....nice book. (thumbs u
