How is this book a 9.8?

There seems to be a couple issues with the book, but isn't the lower bottom staple reason enough to prevent this from achieving a 9.8 grade?

What bothers me about that listing is the description - Comiclink asks that the descriptions stick to facts, not opinion. I don't do a lot of shopping on the link so I didn't realize this was not enforced.

 

Staple doesn't bother me either. I'd say for $32K you could hold out for one with better staple placement...may be a long wait.
