I know what the dealer who sold it to me thought it was, but I'd like some opinions. Also, the comic was unable to be put inside a CGC case. More or less, I'd trying to see if the dealer was full of

Kind of small....but I'd say 4.0 , possibly 4.5....decent copy of one of my ALL TIME FAVORITE Action Comics.GOD BLESS...

It's a pretty small scan so hard to really see. Can you provide larger scans?

 

BTW - this was the first GA DC book that I ever bought years ago. I still have it. Don't know why but I really like the cover.

I can probably do larger scans tomorrow at a friends house; I don't have a scanner anymore. And thanks Jim, that's a pretty good grade for it I do believe!

Maybe the bigger scans/pics will help out a bit. But from what I can see. I will call it a 3.5 Possible 4.0 In Hand. IMHO Nice book for your collection.

I agree: 4.0. Too bad you can't just grade it by the back cover, 'cause it's very nice: 5.0+. It's that right edge of the front cover that brings it down. But what a fantastic book! Congrats!

I'd say 3.5 from this distance. The fc right edge might have too much of an overhang to safely encapsulate.

I would say couldnt you press it to straighten it out (conservation) and then slab it? But I dont know if the spine and staples could take it. Looks like a handle with care type book.
