For the purpose of the poll, consider "value" to mean either the GPA value at the time you owned the book, or the price you paid for the slab.

 

Feel free to post a photo of the slab in question if you still own it.

This one was the winner for me.

 

Old story.

But the Batman 189 in the polybag set that got a 9.6 sold for $4100

 

I paid something like $350 for everything in the polybag.

 

The most recent was probably the Iron Man 128 CGC 9.8 that broke the $2K mark.
